Manchester House of Prayer use the WCC venue to host various sessions.

Manchester House of Prayer

Join them every Monday night as they exalt Jesus and seek His will for this city and nation.

The Monday night schedule is:

4:30-5.15 PM - FAMILY PRAYER WATCH

Our Family Prayer is a time for both children and parents to engage with God in worship and prayer together. Whilst these times won't look like our usual prayer watches they carry the same heart and priorities of worship, scripture and intercession in a way which is understandable and engaging for children and adults.

6-8 PM - City Prayer

We are committed to praying for the whole church in our city and region. Each week we pray specifically for different churches and ministries in Manchester, believing that as each of us fulfil the calling on our lives we will see a powerful move of God in our city.

8-10 PM - PRAYER WATCH

Our prayerwatches are a combination of worship and prayer. With led worship throughout, we will exalt Jesus, seek His heart and intercede for His mighty right hand to move in our city, nation and the world.

Each meeting will have a different prayer focus, but we often pray for topics such as the church in Manchester, revival and different justice issues.

The Wednesday Schedule is:

9-11 am Prayer watch

Our devotional meetings (devos) are designed to create space for you to engage with God through worship and personal devotions and study. The worship team will lead with a mixture of known worship songs, spontaneous choruses and prophetic singing and music which creates an atmosphere in which engaging with the Holy Spirit is enjoyable and easy. How you engage is up to you; spend the time in worship, do your own private bible study or devotional time or pray through your prayer lists. As with all our meetings, the devos are open for anyone to come to.
