I am really pleased to be able to share information about our church tour of the Holy Land. I believe this trip will help add context to a lot of events in the Bible. The itinerary is filled with visits to a number of key biblical sites such as Jericho, The Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem and the Mount of Olives to visit the Pater Noster Church, where according to tradition, Jesus taught His disciples the Lord's Prayer.
During the tour of the different sites there will be lots of opportunities to enjoy the atmosphere, pray and read the scriptures with renewed insight. I hope you will join us for what we trust will be both a memorable holiday and a time of spiritual renewal.
Here’s a fresh perspective on prayer that can change the way you talk to God and respond to His silence based on Psalm 77.
We have an omnipotent God. He has the ability and power to anything (omni=all; potent=powerful). This power is exercised effortlessly. A good example of God’s omnipotence is in the name el shaddai, which means “self-sufficient” or “almighty.” God’s power is unlimited.
Jesus loves you! He desires to have a relationship with you, and to give you a life full of joy and purpose. Why do you need Him in your life?
