Water is essential for life. Without it, we cannot survive. But Jesus offers us something more than physical water; He offers us living water that quenches our spiritual thirst.
In John 4:13-14, Jesus tells the Samaritan woman at the well, "Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life."
Jesus is the living water that satisfies our deepest longings and nourishes our souls. He is the source of life, and in Him, we find true fulfillment and purpose.
Pastor Ben in his message today reminds us today that as physical water is necessary for our physical health, Jesus' living water is necessary for our spiritual health. We need to continually drink from the well of His love, grace, and truth to sustain us on our spiritual journey.
